Three Waypoints
Choose the Session That Fits Where You Are Now
Our three programmes are designed for different stages of retirement readiness — from a first general overview to a full, structured information journey. All are educational; none involve financial advice.

Our Overall Approach
Assess Your Starting Point
A short conversation before or at the start of a session helps us understand what you already know and what areas feel most unclear. We start from where you are, not from a generic script.
Follow the Signposted Path
Each session is structured in named, numbered stages. You always know which waypoint you are at. Content is explained before practical tasks begin, so nothing feels rushed or confusing.
Leave with Something Useful
Materials, checklists, binders, or reference guides are part of every programme. You finish each session having done something tangible, not just heard something general.
First Steps Information Session
A welcoming introductory session explaining, in everyday language, how retirement frameworks are generally organised in Malaysia and where to find official, reliable information. Educational and orientation-focused — designed to remove confusion, not add to it. Includes a simple reference guide to relevant official offices. General information only.
- Plain-language overview of EPF, KWAP, and related structures
- Reference guide to official offices and enquiry channels
- Explanation of key terms and acronyms
- Q&A period throughout — no rushed endings

Approx. 2 hours
Format
Small group or one-to-one

Paperwork Organisation Workshop
A practical, hands-on workshop guiding you through collecting and arranging your own retirement-related documents into a clear, labelled personal folder. Purely about organisation and easy retrieval — nothing more. Includes checklists, dividers, and a filing plan you take home.
- Work through your own documents during the session
- Labelled folder structure designed for easy retrieval
- Checklists and filing plan included — yours to keep
- Tips on what to request from your employer or EPF office

Full Retirement Information Journey
A step-by-step programme combining general education about the retirement transition with hands-on help organising records and drafting clear questions for the appropriate bodies. Run across several sessions so content has time to settle. Includes a personal binder, printed reference materials, and follow-up support for factual matters. Not personal financial advice.

Across All Sessions
Shared Standards and Protocols
Participant Privacy
Documents and personal details shared during sessions are handled with care and not shared beyond what is needed to run the programme. We have a written privacy policy available on request.
Current Materials
Reference guides and checklists are reviewed and updated at least twice a year to reflect the current general landscape of Malaysia's retirement administrative processes.
Education Boundary Upheld
No session, at any level, includes personal financial advice, product recommendations, or investment guidance. When a question exceeds our scope, we say so clearly and point towards the right body.
Post-Session Feedback
All participants are asked to complete a short written feedback form. Responses are reviewed after every programme and inform ongoing improvements to session design and materials.
Small Group Format
Sessions are kept to a small number of participants to allow for genuine interaction. One-to-one sessions are also available for the First Steps and Full Journey programmes on request.
Bilingual Facilitation
Sessions are conducted primarily in English with Bahasa Malaysia available for clarification at any point. Please mention your preference when enquiring and we will accommodate it.
Fees
Clear, Fixed Pricing
No hidden add-ons. The fee covers the session, all materials, and any follow-up support included in the programme. An invoice is provided before each session.
